PET TRANSPORTATION SERVICE By appointment only, 24-hour notice required Example one way trip :  Mr. Coffman needs us to transport his dog to his sister's house. The sister lives 7 miles away and the handling time is 15 minutes while we give her the dog's food and instructions :  Mileage and driving time : 25 (first 5 miles) + (2 x 2) = $ 29 Waiting time : $ 9 TOTAL : $ 38 Example round-trip :  Ms. Smith needs us to take her dog to the Vet. The Vet is 6 miles away round-trip and the waiting time at the Vet is 45 minutes :  Mileage and driving time : 12.50 (first 5 miles) + (1 x 1) = $ 13.50 Waiting time : $ 23.00 TOTAL : $ 36.50 We offer an  Errand Service to replenish  supplies and products needed to properly take care of your pet(s) and residence. Supplies will be purchased from your favorite vendor. Mileage and Driving time  Between 1-5 miles ................... $2.50 per mile After 5 miles ........................... $1.00 per mile + $12.50 (first 5 miles) In addition : Errand time .......................... $ 6 every 15 minutes
